Well, they're all good. I wouldn't be surprised if Pirates' Curse gets ported to the PC eventually. And later there's a new Shantae game coming out called Half Genie Hero, too! Yay!

Yeah! Get Shantae! I've been really into it lately. I bought the Shovel Knight soundtrack on CD at PAX in Seattle. Thank goodness Jake Kaufman does free-lance. I think he also did the music to Shantae. I know he's also doing the music for an upcoming game called Adventures of Pip.
Hooray for Shantae!
I have the first Bayonetta, got it on sale a while back. It's a great action game, it just got a little too violent for my tastes. Plus I didn't like having to fight angels. The only thing about Bayonetta 2 that interests me is dressing her up in Nintendo themed outfits.
I was disappointed that Sony and Microsoft didn't have any games on the PS4 and Xbox One yet again this year that interest me. But on Nintendo's consoles, I was pretty happy. Granted, this wasn't the best year ever for gaming, but it certainly wasn't the worst.
Hmmm, might have to do some research on the PlayStation TV thing.
Hooray for Shantae!
I got the collector's edition of Kingdom Hearts 2.5 Remix on PS3, Sonic Lost World on Wii U, a few DVDs like The Wind Rises, a "Grunkle Stan" Fez hat from Gravity Falls, some gift cards, a Muppet book, and a Despicable Me Minion Fart Gun!
Sorry I don't do strategy games. Too much for my little brain.
The first Shantae game was on Game Boy Color. The sequel, Shantae: Risky's Revenge, was a DSiWare game but I think it was also ported to PC and tablets later. The newest one, Shantae and the Pirates' Curse, is on 3DS and Wii U.
I never could get into Limbo for some reason.
If you enjoy Shovel Knight, you should also look into getting Shantae and the Pirates' Curse. It's available for 3DS and Wii U. Not sure if it's on Steam, but at the rate these kinds of games go, it will be if it isn't already. Anyway, it's a really cool SNES style 2-D platformer with cute characters. I'm really into it right now.
Quite a few of those games I'll be mentioning in my GOTY blog. I'm about halfway finished with it right now.
No matter how old you get, no matter how mature and sophisticated you become, fart jokes are still always funny. Either that or I'm just immature.
