Introduce them to a blue-ringed octopus if they show up, lol.

I find the fact that someone went to all that work to send you a death threat over something so trivial qute disturbing, to be honest.

And there is the reason I don't bother with IGN. Too many rabid fanboys with too much time on their hands.

As always, an entertaining read.

It's a working farm, and many of the animals are destined for someone's dinner table, which I wouldn't be able to do. It was fun for the most part, but a lot of hard work. I was getting up at 5 AM, doing chores, going to work, coming back, doing more chores, and falling asleep by 9 PM. My plan was to bring over my PS1 and hook it up to the old CRT TV and play one of the older RPGs I own after chores, but I never found the time and energy to do it.

Lois is freaking adorable. Floyd is pretty darn cute, too. As for the chickens, I'd be doing chores, and all of a sudden I'd get the feeling I was being watched. I'd turn around, and half the flock would be standing behind me, staring expectantly at me with their beady little eyes. At one point, the entire flock of guinea fowl were following me, too.

Slops are all the leftovers from the kitchen at the end of the day. They'd leave a big garbage bag for me outside the kitchen door that I would pick up on my way home. Those pigs eat better than many people I know.

I don't think you get to keep your level, but you earn points during a playthrough that you can use to for various things, like your discovery list, equipment and items, maps, etc.

Thanks for reading!

Tales of Xillia is my second favorite of the Tales games. Symphonia remains my favorite. I have both the Game Cube original and the remake for the PS3. As for comparing Xillia and Zestiria... I think Xillia ws the better game of the two, but if you liked Xillia, you'll probably like Zestiria. I was able to play through without really understanding the complexities of the battle system - as long as you know the difference between arte attacks and physical attacks, you'll be all set. You can hit the R2 button and it will give you info on the enemies' weaknesses as well as their HP and other stuff.

I have plenty of games to play on Mount Backlog, so I'll just go through and grab something I already own. I actually have all three of the games you suggested for the PS2, and I still have a working PS2, and all three of those games are good.

I gave up on learning the rules for the combat system and just button mashed. It worked out fine, I was able to beat the boss at the end, as well as the 36 special bosses scattered throughout the game world. So I don't think they needed to make things so complex at all.

As for what to play next, I have a ton of unplayed or unfinished games I already own to choose from, so I'll just see what strikes my fancy.

I haven't played Skyrim, so I'll have to take your word for it. The others are Rumball (the blond one, I would have named him Thor...), Maisey (the red cow with the big horns, she's Rumball's and Floyd's mama), Floyd (he's brindle, but looks dark red and has shorter horns than Rumball), and Lois (the little one, she's Penelope's calf).

That's one of my favorite photos, by the way. I took it a little past dawn and the light was magical.
