I need to get back into Assassin's Creed 3. Was making progress and enjoying it until Tomb Raider came out and got me distracted. Did you see any of those specials about Dr. Who they showed on BBC America? Good stuff!
The Japanese get bent out of shape over the most ridiculous things sometimes. Remember how pissed they got when an American became a champion in sumo wrestling? I understand tradition is very important to them,but you have to play by the rules as they are laid out. The irony to me is how much the Japanese dig American stuff. They love our movies and music. They need to lighten up about games.
I must find that God Eater Burst game you are talking about. May have to look on Amazon. The part you said about lead paint made me remember an apartment I rented when I was in college. It was in a building that opened in 1920. Everything in the halls was brass and marble. Lead paint in every room out the wazoo! I decided to rid my apartment of it. Got one of those roto-strippers and took it down to bare walls. Finished out the walls and painted them. Landlord said my place looked great! Then he raised my rent by 75 bucks.....what a jerk.
I came close to buying Champions Of Norrath when I was on my vacation buying spree. It was only 5 bucks! Should have grabbed it then. I hear lots of good things about Marvel Ultimate Alliance,so I may check that one out. XBOX games in general are just not doing much for me lately. But I still keep that big black beast in good working order.
12 times! Wow,you're a lucky man to do that. Christine McVie retired from performing a while back,before their last tour. But they still ask her each time out if she wants to do it again. It's not about money for any of them now,I think they are just having fun playing the songs together.
Time is a big factor for me,too. The older I get the more I realize that time is worth more to me than money. Never could imagine being one of those people who become absorbed in World Of Warcraft or such games. Tunnel vision does not pay off to me as a gamer.
My son refused to play this one! He remembers the last game and did not care for it at all. I will give it a go,just to see if it gets better.
I've been hearing the same things about the Defiance game. May have botched the whole thing up from what some say. Fleetwood Mac is definitely one of those bands that if you were not around when Rumours was released is hard to get. They were on the radio constantly all through my youth thru high school even. Amazing they are still performing together after all they have been through as a band.
Don't forget Godzilla! Look what we did to him. That movie was awful. The Japanese should be glad that Americans embrace their games. Their industry is struggling as it is right now. They have simply lost touch with what appeals to most US gamers.
That giant rat was freaky. Reminded me of the one in Parasite Eve. The combat looks so easy when you're doing it. Hopefully that will be the case for me,but I know this game gets really tough later on. That dragon looks awesome!
