I played the demo for Builders over the weekend. It's pretty laid back from what I've seen but I've only scratched the surface.
Reluctant to pay 80 bucks for it though.

I'm at 50 hours now. I have the vocations and the Style/Strength/Wisdom contest open. I still need to figure out how I get to the mini medals trading place. I know where it is but I can't access it right now.
You have to clear Alltrades Abbey in the past to get the jobs (vocations). Until you do that the game hasn't actually started. :)
We don't have Gamestop but we do have EB Games so I guess that's pretty much the same thing.
I shop there pretty much all the time because A. I know the managers in all five London stores and one in Chatham, and B. I don't have any independent stores nearby so it's EB or Walmart for me.
Never had a problem at EB.
Never played a Rune Factory. Been tempted many times but never followed through.
I really enjoyed my time with 7th Dragon. I haven't finished the much harder extra dungeon that appears once you clear it but I had to move on to DQ VII.
I love it. Well worth the price.
Just bought Severed on Wii U. Apparently there is a 3DS version coming and I get that for free.
I find it annoying that there are no save points before bosses. The best you can do is evac and then quick save but then you have to find your way back to the boss again.
Early on it's no biggie because the bosses are pretty much pushovers.
I didn't play the PS1 version but I'm blown away by the quality of the 3DS version. It is so much more than could ever be squeezed out of the original PS.
