I never played Lunar, but I always wanted to. Didn't it come with a bunch of cds on the PS1 version? I might look into buying the PSP version. For some reason I really like to play JRPGs on the PSP. I totally know what you mean about playing games on different systems. When I first found out about emulation, I was ecstatic. It feels hollow now though. There ain't nothing like playing a game on the original hardware.
I never played this one. What an odd name for a game about shooting mechs. I have some fond memories of certain on rails shooters though. I played the crap out of Lethal Enforcers. That game is hilarious in some ways.
I read The Silmarillion a while back. It's a great book, but definitely not for everyone. It's scope is far greater than LOTR, and basicly tells the whole history of Tolkien's universe. It's prose is written in an archaic style that takes some getting used to and there are a TON of characters. I loved it though and couldn't stop using those ancient words for like two weeks afterwards lol. Blind Guardian has a whole album based off that book called Nightfall in Middle Earth.
This is probably gonna sound cliche', but the first game I ever beat was Super Mario Bros. on NES. The first game I ever played was Double Dragon on NES. I am still playing those two lol.
Yeah that knockback is cheap and annoying. I beat the first Castlevania on NES a while back. It was hard, but not too bad. I have Super Castlevania 4 but haven't really played it that much. One of these days I'll get around to it. WTF knows when that will be with my insane backlog lol.
This song brings back hideous memories of falling backwards into bottomless pits over and over due to cheap enemy tactics while that catchy death jingle of Castlevania mocks me. lol 
lol yeah. That review was horrible. DuckTales is one of my all time favorite NES games. Maybe he was expecting a modern platformer and not a remake of a 20+ year old game?
I don't know what GI is, but did you see Gamespot's review of DuckTales Remastered? It got a 4.5 lol. I haven't played the remake yet, but man I'm glad I got my original NES cart. They really shouldn't mess with the classics.
I was expecting you to say something like "You can never have too much Metal Gear! Hahahahahaha!" Come on GH! Thanks for the suggestions though. One way or another I will play this game! Oh and before I die I hope to write a blog about MGS VR Missions lol. 
Nice job Blake! I have so many fond memories of playing Diablo 2. I played that game for months. I am rather excited to get the DRM bullcrap free PS3 version of Diablo 3 next month.
