well I think the other thing about the old FPS's is you couldn't look up and down really.  probably makes it less disorienting.

i haven't fired up my consoles for a while either.  mostly handhelds and my new PC.  Been playing Distant Worlds, and last night a long bit of Dragon Age Origins.  

darn.  I've never played a Tekken game.
