Razer's Edge came out for the Wii U not the 3DS lol. As a huge fan of the original Xbox NG and for the most part, the second game, I refuse to give Tecmo-Koei any of my money for how they butchered the series in the third game. Razer's Edge might be improved, even fun, but I have my doubts it's much more than a bandaid on product suffering internal bleeding.

It's neither. I didn't know there was a game a day challenge involving favorite towns. I did write this one a while ago though and you did comment on it way back then.

I haven't played either of those, but a town carved into a mountain sounds absolutely epic. Reminds of another town from FFVII, Rocket Town. Without the rocket that was just another town, but having that decaying rocket there really sets the mood and make it stand out.

Palumpolum did have a really good design. I don't remember much else about that section of the game. It is hard to see that as a FF town as we've been accustomed to. It is pretty similar to Ravenholm though in a sense that it is really another level in the game.

FFXII has at least three really good cities. You rarely get that much detail in other games. Rabanastre is like the hub city and easiest to navigate so I had to choose that one.

Yeah, Silent Hill is a pretty great town... or world which ever you consider more accurate.

Mixed Reviews: Final Fantasy XII

At least it felt like more than a FF-title than FFXII... or going way back, FFII. It's a great game, but it's certainly flawed. The story being the most glaring fault. I still think that if the original director had finished working on the game, we would not have gotten a game that was so paper thin in story (FFT afterall, had a great story). We certainly wouldn't have gotten that clearly rushed ending.

A lot of fighting games have a story for each of their characters, the problem is they usually suck so bad they are rarely worth anyone's time to care. Is GGX2 the exception?

Sexism Rants and Why We Hate Them

I had little interest in checking out the video based on comments the author said a while ago. I have even less now. I'm not one who is going to go on a rant about how men are negatively portrayed in games, because for the most part, men are given a pretty positive representation in comparison to women. And that's the thing, you need to compare how males are represent in comparison to women. That's really the whole idea in researching sexism in my mind.

Jeanne D'Arc is awesome. Great story, visuals, and gameplay. Possibly my second fav SRPG next to FFT.
