I'd like to get that but I'm still happy with my regular 3DS.

That's a neat way of attracting new customers. Wish I saw that more where I am.

I really dislike it when a game has a lovely landscape and doesn't give you any opportunity to explore it. Why have these beautiful locales if I can't explore them at some time or another?

I liked listening to that track from Tales of Symphonia, I sometimes left the game running on those parts without doing anything just to listen to it longer.

Yeah it is, which is why I use it as sparingly as possible. My brother uses SP a lot when fighting certain bosses, so he's just gotten into the habit of leaving his XL in sleep mode overnight. Hopefully for the sequel, the wait time is reduced to a more managable amount.

I'm fully entrenched in the idea of believing in one's self. I'm in the middle of a bunch of different writing projects, with the goal of getting myself published some day.

I'd like to do something like this eventually, just have to get a decent enough mic and get over my fears of putting something out there.
