The Games of SEGA Genesis Classics Part 2

Posted on 07/24/2018 at 01:43 PM | Filed Under Blogs

I was never into the original Sonic but I really liked Sonic 2 on both Game Gear and Genesis. Both were fun. Gunstar that was the game. It was hard as hell to find and when I did it wasn't cheap. I think eventually I bought a compilation with the game. Someday I'll get a copy.

I was looking at getting Speedrunners but the lack of single player killed it.

As much as I used to watch the CW, My Crazy Ex was one show that I never watched. I figured it was your typical rom com show. Maybe I'll check it out.

Yeah it is. You know it's hot when your frozen yogurt swirl from Costco becomes a melted mess just from the walk from the store to the car.

It was fun messing with these A-Holes, but I'm happy they got busted. It's not right to pick on the elderly and people who don't realize this is a scam.

I'm doing well. Just trying to stay cool. Hope everything is going well with you.

From what I've seen of Everspace it seems like its going to be a fun game just to fly around in.

I like having the option of being able to type on the iPad. From what I've seen the iPad Pro does a really good job of being a solid machine if you want to type or write with the Apple Pencil. I think having this little keyboard is my step into eventually getting an iPad Pro.

Oh man Kay Bee had some good memories too. I bought my Atari Jaguar at one for $25 (long after it's lifespan). They always had crazy sales, and because of them I have a ton of Lego Stormtrooper minifigures.

Yeah the local Toys R Us before it closed had a subpar selection of games. Sometimes I could find something in their little Budget Friendly section.

Congrats on the NES Mini. I think I only saw one or two in stores around here. Folks here either really miss the NES or wanted to make a quick buck on eBay.

I got a switch!

Heck yeah another Switch owner! Yeah the joycons are tiny. I bought joycon covers on Amazon that kind of help with the shape. Currently I do like the Letterquest game but other than that there really hasn't been a lot of Switch "Must Have" games. I think the next Switch pickup for me is either Lego Incredibles or the new Pokemon games.

Which Lego sets did you buy? I haven't bought Lego in a bit, but I did see that they re-released Harry Potter, and I'd like to add a Hagrid minifigure to my collection.

My N64 and Banner Saga

I wasn't an N64 fan when it was released but later on I've really enjoyed the games the N64 offered. Star Wars RS is a lot of fun. Damn I should have bought a copy during the Summer Sale. Maybe next payday I'll break my rule of no more games until Black Friday and pick it up on Steam.

I'm trying to be more organized. I still have a notebook with random notes/items/phone numbers that I need to fix up. The graphic novel audiobooks are kind of like radio broadcasts. You have the actors and sound effects, but since their delivery is a little slow I like to speed it up to get it moving. After a couple of seconds it doesn't sound odd and you can image what the scene looks like. It also helps that for some of the characters I remember from the CW shows like Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow, and Flash.
