It appears PixlBit's anniversary is upon us once again! This time we celebrate the site's final year in the single digits; trucking forward towards a full decade of PixlBit. Looking back, it's been a chaotic and interesting ride full of ups and downs. Over the past few years, I'll admit, it's been generally quiet around here. But with a new year of PixlBit beginning, I feel a renewed drive to push content out to you, our faithful fans and readers. Even in the times where the staff has been quiet, all of you have managed to keep PixlBit afloat with your blogs and comments and strong sense of community. Without you folks, I doubt I'd have the fortitude to continue on after all these years.

Holy crap, PixlBit's now 7!

Well folks, believe it or not, PixlBit turns 7 years old today. Thanks to the hard work of a whole lot of people and all of you fans, we've somehow made it this far. I know some of you have been around from the beginning, others for many years at this point, and I sincerely thank all of you for making PixlBit one of my favorite spots on the internet.

The staff of PixlBit commemorates five years of the site.

It’s absolutely dumbfounding to think that PixlBit has existed in this world for five years now. I can’t even begin to tell you all how many times Chessa and I considered hanging it up and just moving on with life. But we never did and I’m not sure why that is. The early days were grim at times; visitation was extremely low, the hours invested were high, and my day job was absolutely soul crushing. I guess we always felt there was a light at the end of the tunnel – a point at which it would all pay off. And boy has it.

A note from the Director and Co-Owner, Nick DiMola.

Well, here we are again. Today, PixlBit celebrates its 3^rd Anniversary, an achievement I'm quite proud of. A little more than three years ago, Chessa and I poured our heart and soul into the creation of this website. Built from nothing, PixlBit slowly secured its place in the gaming media, and is now the site that stands before you. We've had ups and downs, several rewrites, and many staff members, but somehow we've made it this far and there's no stopping us now.
