The first thing I bought when my paycheck arrived this morning was the season pass for The Division (which is on sale on PSN for $28). Ever since I started playing it again a few weeks ago, I can't shake off how much a better game it is now. The whole game should open up for me now. It's not like the game had a lack of things to do but now it just expanded like crazy. And there's a third and final expansion on the way in 2 weeks. I'm looking forward to digging into it this weekend.

This won't be a long post. Ever since last night not a lot has transpired. I made it through another Monday. Listened to new episodes of The Movie Crypt, The Morning Stream and the Kevin & Bean Show podcasts. Got some sleep.

That's right, friends. I failed to post on either Saturday or Sunday. I think my focus on those days were devoted to work (the last pee-wee basketball game on Saturday, as well as regular cleaning duties at the middle school) and other activities on Sunday (sleep, church, gaming, rest, some of Super Bowl, more sleep). I got distracted and then I got lazy. But, that rough weekend is over and I feel revitalized so my blogging continues:

Judging from the records, the last blog post I made was late July of last year. As to why it's been so long since I last posted, well....I suppose I feel out of favor of updating my status on this website or most sites, content to keeping it on mostly Twitter or Instagram. It was more laziness on my part as well as the fear that I had nothing to contribute. It's been a trying year for most people and I just didn't know what I could add to the conversation when others were way more active. If my heart wasn't in it, I just didn't engage. Along the way, my posting (and typing) muscles atrophied. After all this time, I just felt kinda sick that I wasn't generating anything in the way of content.
