Wow! This documentary of the Street Fighter series is informative and fascinating. It was just released for the 25th Anniversary of the series, and covers a lot, including the origin, the music, Street Fighter II (the game which defined the fighting genre), the days of the arcade, the EVO tournaments, and even takes a look into the lives of Seth Killian and Justin Wong (SF pros). If you haven't seen this yet, it's a must watch! It's 72 minutes long, so find some time and check it out, it's worth it. 

Hey everyone, so I decided to do something different today. Instead of the usual VG songs, I've got for you four songs which I remixed from four of my favorite games. I sent these to Overclocked Remix, but they were rejected for some reason or another. However, these songs are not bad; far from it. The people at OCR are just very picky. So I thought I'd share them with you. Let me know what you think. 

aaaaah. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy these peaceful VG themes. These are themes I listen to when I need to relax or calm my mind. They flow so beautifully. I picked six, but I could have picked twenty if I wanted to, there's a lot of great ones. So recline in your rocking chair, grab some lemonade, and enjoy these great tunes; hopefully they'll lighten your day. 

Today I went out and bought a Nintendo 3DS XL!!! I've been saving up for 3 months, and I was able to get the brand-new black 3DS (which was just released this last Sunday)! I'm so excited! The game I bought was Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, which I have heard tons of good things about. There are some good games on the virtual console as well that I plan on getting. Anyways, just wanted to let you guys know about this wonderful day for me. The last time I bought a new system was way back in 2006 (the wii), so today is a big day for me. 

It's always enjoyable when you come to a town in a game, and a nice theme is playing. Towns are where you relax, stock up on supplies, talk to folks, and prepare before you head back out to adventure. Towns don't just appear in RPGs, however; they appear in all kinds of games. The beautiful themes accompanying these towns make them feel like you're right at home. Today I give you six town themes that you can listen to and help lighten your day. These songs are peaceful and enjoyable. I've chosen six of my favorite town themes. How about you? Which town themes stick out to you as being really amazing?
