It's actually a really fun way to write. I like to get an actual journal and write it as if it were a diary. The last one I finished out was Athos from the BBC version of The Musketeers.

Day 7
We made it to the end, somehow. In a somber agreement, we had reserved the last of the phoenix downs for Noctis lest he need them. I spent some time in statis because of this. Where did the Tonberrys get light sabers?
The reward at the bottom of the pit was a lance, which Noctis gave to me as thanks for cooking our meals. Again, I held back my tears. Gladio muttered something about lances being for men with smaller muscles. His jealousy overshadowed even the scars on his face.
When we finally reached the dungeon entrance, Prompto pushed the doors open, arms wide to embrace the sun.
It was nighttime.
I told him we should be glad that we were all very much alive. He stopped taking pictures of me for 3 days.
Off to Lestallum. I need more wheat.
In the game you can play a pinball type game called Justice Monsters Five, for which you can win prizes. I played it once and never touched it again.

I've written character journals before, actual hand written journals. Maybe I'll do one for Ignis.
I bought the special day-one edition, plus the collector's edition of the game guide, plus the season pass. Because Final Fantasy, lol. They know I'm a sucker for anything in a special tin.
Cup Noodles is such a huge plug in the game. You actually do a whole mission just for it. It was annoying but now I just find it funny.

It is really hard to get up in the morning when it is still dark out, and then come home from work when it is dark again. The snow and such is nice for Christmas, but after that it just gets old. I shouldn't complain, as we've only dropped below 0 for a couple of days here and there this winter. That...that is the worst. But please enjoy your Texas weather for me!

You are NEVER too old to cosplay! There is an amazing couple in their 60's who come to ACen every year as Mario and Peach. I love seeing that. And yes, I played Lemmings on DOS...that was so much fun, haha. You should go for it!!
I thought about getting Poochy by himself, but I wanted the game on my 3DS anyway. They put some neat stuff in Im going to review in my next blog :) But Poochy is too cute!
When I first started playing, I was against it. I don't even know why. And then it grew on me. And then it really grew on me, all because of those characters.
The voice actors from the game did a Twitch session together the other night where they were playing the game. They were making Ignis's VA read things aloud, it was hysterical.
Tropical Freeze is worth it, though. Really enjoyed that game and it has replay value.
