yeah, the environments are beautiful, but it's the animation of Lilly that's really impressive. You have to see it in action: her climbing up trees, swimming, doing this or that. It's really good.
yeah, I understand, sometimes when I imagine my own RPGmaker games, I think about taking out the combat entirely....
that's cool man. I know other people have ported RPGmaker games to iOS and Android, but I don't know what that entails. Since yours isn't a run of the mill game, it might stand out if you published an edition like that. I don't know what that costs or how it works though, so... Maybe it's something to think about it once you're done refining it. I've bought and played a few RPgmaker games that have been ported to iOS and many of them use standard assets from the program.

30+ family gathering? Calm? Ha, it was only the four of us here, my older sister and younger brother live in San Francisco and Maryland, so we didn't see them. We'll see them at Xmas though.
I've been eyeing Last of Us, but I'm still holding off. I played the first Splinter Cell, and loved it, but I haven't played any of the others. Apparently the new one is quite good though.
I remember Battle Arena Toshinden! Me and my brothers played tons of that when we first got a PSONE back in the 90's. Wow. That was a great game!

I like this game too, but it is buggy. I ran into one gamebreaker. I'm playing on PC too, and the frame rate stutters. I've heard other people complain about it too.
But I have enjoyed it a lot... I'm about nine hours in, but I've been taking my time, and still have a bit to go. I think it's a good game though, at least I enjoy it.
I'm in -- found a PS4 for my brother for Xmas last night in the middle of the night and ordered it. Thankful I don't have to worry about that anymore. For me, personally, I'm getting a Wii U for Xmas, and I'm quite excited.
