You're thinking, I believe, of the original Shinobi arcade game. This one wasn't nearly cool enough to steal superheroes for bosses lol

It's really not worth more than a single play through, if that
Sorry to hear that, mothman! You're usually a BaD pillar. I hope things ease up for you soon so that you can at least do a little gaming.
Have you ever thought about vaping? Cigarettes are just so bad for you...
I had never played it before getting this collection!
I have the physical PSP game but I see the two Capcom Classics Collections are still available on the PSN website. Haven't had a chance to check with the Vita but I know the PSP Gradius collection, for whatever reason, is not available on the Vita storefront. I was able to get it on my Vita by downloading it on the PS3 and then transferring to Vita. A pain in the butt, to be sure, but that's a great collection to have on the Vita. At the very least I assume that would work with these collections too.
There are a bunch of display options! The guys that ported these really did a good job.
Yay for Blog-a-Day! And welcome back
Games tend to just not be as colorful these days, especially last gen. Things are getting better like [insert shameless Gravity Rush 2 plug 'cause everybody should play that game]. I find being on drugs necessary for life...and by drugs I mean caffeine (which is a drug, technically). Being a parent is exhausting
I never liked directly comparing Mario 3 and Mario World because they're such different games. SMB3 is a very fast game with short levels and World is purposely a little slower and more focused on exploration and finding secrets. They're both great, though I personally prefer Mario 3 if I have to pick.
I never played any of the NES Mega Man games as a kid (not sure how that happened) but I got the first Legacy Collection for 3DS when it came out and plowed through the first three games. Still meaning to go back and play the other three. I liked MM2 best.
