the assymetrical parts of it look nice too, but we don't know much about that yet.

it was very dystopian. and then star wars came.
Omega MAn is not a great movie, but it's entertaining if you like camp. Soylent Green is a lot more serious and definitely a 1970's sci fi classic. I love 1970's scifi movies, with my favorite being Rollerball, which seems silly in concept, but is one of my favorite movies of all times, with very deep ideas. The 1970's were the heyday of weird sci fi.
yeah I heard about that. sucks man, the game looks like a lot of fun.
the creator of zombies. I never read his stuff, but I'm familiar with him. I love Omega Man, campy as it might be, it's part of the Heston apocalyptic trifecta (Omega Man, Soylent Green, Planet of the Apes). I am a big sci fi nut but haven't read this guy. It's sad he's gone but it looks like a lived a full life.
arg that sucks!
as Qbert would say: "&%*!"
Mario games, whether they're core titles, or spinoffs like Mario Baseball, give me a positive attitude towards humanity. I could use a good mario game now though, it's been a while since I really got into one and could use it in my soul. Can't wait for Super MArio 3D World or whatever it's called for the Wii U.
we've got poisonous toads here. Haven't seen one but apparently they are around and will kill the dogs if they pick them up in their mouth.
I miss frogs on the east coast. I remember the sound of them where I grew up, that and the cicadas.
I want to get my Dreamcast running to play Grandia 2, like jgusw recommends.
i really want that DK game. Might get it next month, might not, with SMT IV coming out.
