BL2 was pretty hard to top. I think they put this out to sate the hardcore until they can put BL3 together. Plus Gearbox should have learned their lesson about contracting out stuff to other studios. Presequel just feels rushed and thin. As a hardcore fan I appretiate what it offers story wise, but I can't deny I'm a bit disappointed with it.
Oh, trust me I know. My cat HAS to eat prescription food or he gets a clogged bladder which is serious and expensive to take care of.

I have held the stance for a while that Final Fantasy IX was the last real FF game. I was disapointed with FFX after the flash and glam wore off. FFXII was not bad although it felt more like an expiramental prequel to FF Tactics. Its the very aspect you mention that drew me to FF14. It is the only currwent FF game to be straight up fantasy. I got two lv 30 toons in realms but I have not played it in months. For the amount of time I have availble to play the subscription is just too much. But I'm seeing what the Alternative is with Destiny. Some how they have to find a middle ground between subsription and the pay to play microtransaction that give the right amount of quality and quantity for the money. But yeah this FF15 game technologically looks impressive. Style wise the characters look like they got stuck in 1998. Seriously the feathered hair pretty boy thing has gotten to be VERY OLD. Bring back Amano and give us some real character designs that people will like to se. Not a bunch of japanese rock star wannabes.

The cool thing about Destiny is that you can still do a lot of stuff solo. Although, the raids are damn near impossible to do solo, so you gotta finds some help. This is only the second MMO that I have played and I have to say I have met more cool people than asshats, its been a fun experience overall.
I did not know Tales from the Borderlands was out already, gonna have to get that. I finished the first play through with Nisha and I'm about 2/3 of the way through with Athena. I really want to get back into it, been slogging away at Destiny and with the new dlc for it dropping tommarrow not sure when I will get back to the Borderlands.
Man, with a 60 hour work week how do you find time to play anything? Or the energy to? Much less 4 games at the same time. You are hard core my friend.lol
No game breaking glitches just little annoying stuff like you mentioned.The one I get most often is chain lighting from Moxxi Vibra Pulse getting stuck, sounds like I'm traped in Nick Tesla's lab,lol.
I have not even got around to checking out Jacks double yet. I didn't know the first dlc was coming out so soon. That will likely get me back into it. I played BL2 almost exclusively for 2 years so I know what you mean.lol I still really like TPS, I got to give 2k props for trying something different.
They really are an incredible band and I believe they got a new album coming out soon.
