Fantasy Life "is a blend of life simulation and RPG" according to IGN. In my words: an RPG plus Animal Crossing created by Level-5.

I've seen so many of those "oh my thumb, my thumb" injuries. Seriously, someone has to stop that nonsense.
I want to finish it, I really do, but those controls just bug me.
That Cowboy's reciever had a field day on us. The Eagle covering him was a clear mismatch. I swear the Cowboy's receiver was a foot taller and outran him every time.
Well, at least the Eagles came back there in the middle of the game to make it interesting.
I'm waiting for Borderlands The Presequel DLC to drop, so I've been playing some games roughly at random. Today was Resident Evil 4 and Angry Birds Star Wars and tomorrow will be Phoenix and Sid Meier's Pirates. I think I might preorder Fantasy Life for 3DS tomorrow as well. I saw it was out on Dec 27th and the more I think about it, the more I want to play it.
I also buy stuff mostly at the $5 price point on Xbox Live. I usually don't even download them until I'm ready to play them unless they are arcade titles, which are smaller files anyway.
After finishing a game, I start using the achievement/trophy list to guide my replays, but at some point I might decide to stop if the task is too boring or tedious to complete. It's gotta be fun after all. I'm not so obsessive that I HAVE to get 100% completion on every game, although it's pretty cool when I do that.
I really want to play more of the Dragon Quest games.
I'm pretty sure I'm not an obsessive type personality, but I've had friends who definitely show the signs of having that about all sorts of different passtimes.
Bet he had to pay some artisan half a kingdom to make that helmet.
Right now (and I go through various opinions while I'm reading something) I'm thinking he's a reactionary and just can't stand what the Industrial Revolution has done to society. Maybe he's right to rail against it though. I'll read on.
