Well, it uses "cute" characters, but is more horror themed. It was mentioned in this article at: http://gaminghistory101.com/2012/03/05/cute-em-up/ so I put it on the list.

I'm not sure if I unlocked Fantasy Zone on that collection. I have to go and look.

I played the demo for it a while back, but I wasn't inclined to buy it for some reason. I'll wait for a sale too. Apparently crushing people by landing on them was in the original game too.

YES! That's what I'm hoping too. They've added scenes to it from what I've heard and really upgraded the graphics. I'm on that day-one if it happens.

I still have to try them out, but from what I've read, the games look and play really well, but the sound is in mono. This probably doesn't matter for the Atari/Coleco/Intellivsion ones, but for the Genesis, it kinda sucks. I did notice the Genesis one has the game Crack Down. I've always wanted to check that one out.

I'm kinda nervous about LEGO games now after LEGO: The Hobbit froze on my Xbox 360 and wouldn't let me finish the game no matter what I did. But I hear LEGO Batman Beyond Gotham has space environments, and that gets me excited.

Was thinking Kraftwerk at the begining (yes!), but now, when the singing started, I'm thinking of any one of a number of 80's synth bands (meh).

Not surprising. I lose track of time in Borderlands.

Ha ha! I actually rediscovered The Fixx recently and now I like them a lot.

Lately I've been thinking that I'm tired of dying in games, or even losing. Maybe it's time to go casual or pick up a kids game or two. There's enough difficulties in life, I don't need them in my games anymore.

initially the Ds version seemed easier, but after a while, I really wanted a good controller. I'll go back to the N64 version for sure next time.

Haven't tried Ys Seven. Will keep an eye out for a copy though. Sounds like a must-play.
