I completely understand. Loans of course are the priority, and you did rake in a pretty nice haul anyways. Should keep you satisfied for a little while. Plus, if you end up completely hating Bioshock then you won't have wasted money on the sequels.
I used to go to the theater twice a month at least. Those times have clearly disappeared. I think that I only went to one film this year in the theater... Man of Steel.
Hold it, there is troll traffic here?
I saw that one and was a little surprised that it was for a "game"
I am definitely looking forward to Kirby and Yoshi's Island... I would like to play Bravely Default, but the number of RPGs that I have bought this past year and not played is really high.
I am looking forward most to games that will appear on the PS4. Games like Destiny, infamous, The Order and to some extent Uncharted. The one game that sits at the top of my list is The Witcher 3: The Wild Hunt.
I did really enjoy Halo 4, but there is something missing. I think that 343i did do a good job with the campaign, I think that the botched the multiplayer. This is why I am looking forward to Destiny. I am hoping for that Halo feeling multiplayer on the PS4.
There is just something about Bioshock 2 that appeals to me, Eurogamer put together a retrospective that I really enjoyed here is the link if you would like to read it. http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2013-04-07-bioshock-2-retrospective
I will probably ruin my explanation, so I will just link you the site's review of the game. It is indie and runs on my old laptop, so I am sure that the specs would work with yours. http://www.pixlbit.com/review/764/gunpoint_review
That looks similar to my month of December. I only beat two games in December and one of them I played the majority of it in November. I finished up Ghosts earlier this month and Tearaway over the weekend.
I collected up a bunch of games as well... the PS+ offerings and more than a handful of Steam games. I am collecting up my former 360 library on steam so that I can enjoy them whenever I get a proper computer. On a side note, PS+ is looking pretty good in January.
I was debating about getting Bioshock Infinite as well. I have had the luxury of playing before, but I wasnt quite sure if I wanted a copy on the PC. I did really want a copy of Bioshock 2, my personal favourite, but feel that it is experienced best with the original game. What was the point I was making? oh yes, they were selling all three games for 15. Which meant that I either got Infinite for 5, or Bioshock 2 for free... it depends on how you would like to look at it.
The one game that I would highly recommend at some point is Gunpoint. I have not finished it, but it is one of the best games I have played all year.
