My wife and I played Dungeon Siege III back in the day on the PS3. We were really bummed they never made another one. It's a good game!

Hallmark made a Samus ornament??? Man, I might need to get that.
I got you an ornament for Christmas. It's Pac-Man chasing a line of three blue ghosts.
I played through Cat Quest II with one of my kids. He still regularly asks when Cat Quest III is coming out (we still don't know but the developer is working on it). I would like to play both Atari 50 and Unpacking. They sound great for very different reasons! Are you packing the Xbox up to save space or merely as an encouragement to stick with retro games?
That's a cool puzzle! Between my kids and my cats, jigsaw puzzles are not safe in my house
The plan, as usual for you, is incredibly ambitious. Good luck!
It's been a couple years since we bought any games on Black Friday. I really don't like what has happened to Black Friday. First it was sales starting Wednesday night, then somebody moved it to Tuesday and everyone followed suit. Then it was Black Friday Week. Now friggin' "Black Friday" sales start in October. What the heck. And the game sales don't seem that good anymore. I remember getting Dishonored for the 360—a relatively new game at the time—for $25 on Black Friday and that was awesome. We'll see if anything catches my eye this year but I'm not hopeful.
If you do play Human Revolution, be sure to get the Director's Cut. I'd suggest the Wii U version if you happen to have that console available to you. The game makes good use of the game pad.
I was so mad when I heard Eidos Montreal was being pulled to make a Marvel game rather than continue with Deus Ex—honestly, I'm still mad about it—but I've heard lots of good things about Guardians of the Galaxy and I'd really like to play it.
I see Cary mentioned Metroid Dread and I have to second that. That game is so much better than the developer's previous Metroid game (the remake of Metroid II) that I totally would have believed it was a different team if someone had said so. I'd definitely recommend it, though it is pretty tough.
I remember the E3 when Nintendo basically presented the game to Namco. Only Nintendo could get away with that lol.
That sounds very close to my position lol. I am not a collector BUT it's nice to have things and if I DO want to play something, it's great to already have it. I want to play all these games! But I do try to not buys things unless I think I would actually play it.
The irony that a remake is coming out is not lost on me but it's still cool to have. I never would have been able to rebuy it at market value.
