One of those big, life-changing events

Posted on 10/12/2014 at 04:30 AM | Filed Under Blogs

I'll be on Vita on Sunday evening if you're around for Silent Hill: Book of Memories. I found out you can gain levels and equipment in single player and take them over to multi, so if you're busy, I'll do some single player and try and get beefed up. I also found out you can replay all the levels in multi. The levels randomly change and the enemies scale up to the host's experience level.

Congrats on the new baby!

Just have to get enough people to use it and it'll make it to the dictionary no matter how rediculous it is.

Wish they did more Rebirth games. There's only three right? CVA, Contra and Gradius?

That's what my friend uses, a really big rocket launcher. A good sniper rifle works good too. Sometimes I use a tank and one time I used a laser air strike from an orbiting platform. The bigger the better and the longer the range the better. Those guys can wrap you in silk from far away even without line-of-sight.

Octoberween 2014 Video Weekend: Top 10 Video Game Myths

I've heard of all those mentioned in the video. Can't say i've ever chased any of them myself except for carefully watching the final scenes of Halo 1 because I thought you could see Master Chief's face. I don't think that was ever a myth though.

I wish I had a PS4. I want to play Killzone really badly. I'll have one eventually though.

Darksiders 2 is going to be free soon on Xbox 360. I've always wanted to play this series.

I'd like to see a progress report. The boss wants to know how it's going. He might want you to stop this passion project and go over to the Twilight: The Board Game team; so show me something amazing or its The Game of Life in Hell for you.

Kidding of course. The best creative ideas come out of just doing something because you love it. I got to get back to that Shoots and Ladders spin-off I've been working on. I'm calling it: Freud Frolic.

Some of those screens look really cool like the Casino one. I have Sonic 1-3 on the Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection, so I should give them another try.

Whats on my Weekend gaming Agenda

I finally got a copy of Operation Darkness. I've played the demo and liked it despite the camera issues. Yes, it is the closest thing to VC on Xbox, which enough to sell it to me. I love that formula.

Awe that last picture is sad. Bye bye Harold Ramis, I'll miss you.

I played the demo for this on Xbox and always wanted to pick it up. Thanks for reminding me. I really want to play it.

Thank heavens someone actually gave me an idea as to who to choose. I was getting worried for a moment there. I'll do Bumper on N64 and Tip Tup on DS.

Interesting story. At the time, I wasn't really aware of what was coming out and which system had better games. I was picking up everything I could find for cheap at flea markets and such and just trying things.
