Aaron, I don't mind if you use Random Update. It's a pretty generic title.

I really enjoyed Costume Quest and Stacking, and Psychonauts was one of my favorite games of that generation.
I think the last movie I went to see at the cinema was Guardians of the Galaxy. I don't get out much...
I lived there for three years, one year with a Norwegian family. I'm pretty rusty, though, as I haven't spoken it much in over 20 years.
Walking in snowshoes is easy, running in them, not so much. What I use for recreational snowshoeing is totally different from what I use for racing. I don't own a pair of racing snowshoes...yet. They're around $250, and I just don't have that much money to spare in one chunk at this moment, so I borrow a pair of loaners from the race director. It makes training a bit problematic, but I'll figure something out.
I'm 2/3 of the way to being an official Badass, so I'm not quitting now! As of right now, I am one of only 41 people eligible for that rank, and that number will probably fall if any of the current 41 fail to sign up and run the third race.
I'd never leave the house if I waited for it to get any warmer!
Thanks, Joe. Having that hill at the end almost broke me. It might have if I weren't so familiar with that trail.
Thanks! It's giving me something to concentrate on other than the weather and the winter. It's the first year I haven't been in a horrible blue funk by the time February rolled around. As for the training and lack of, no looking back. Just going forward. I really don't want to feel as miserable in the third race as I did yesterday, so back to training tomorrow, if it warms up enough. (anything 14 or above qualifies, lol).
I hauled two feet of snow off my roof. Well, half of the roof. Each storm we've had has been accompanied by high winds, so one side of my roof was clear, the other had two feet of snow on it.
