I just sold a bunch of steam trading cards and now I have, like, $2 that I can't get anything with lol. The first HL was more experimental I think, with valve testing out all these new gameplay ideas. Some worked and stuck, whereas others didn't like the platforming.
T4S is cool, but I think we all know Littlekuriboh is better lol.
Oh I love blogs like this, not really the content, but just the anger. It makes me laugh.. But in all seriousness, some people just need a wakeup call, not everything guys do is sexist. That woman in that blog is a hypocrite.
Agents of Shield is meh in my opinion. I think that it takes itself a bit too seriously, which clashes with the somewhat less serious attitude of the cast. Clark Gregg as Agent Coulson is a ton of fun to watch though. Granted, I only watched the first episode so I'm sure it probably picks up.
I enjoy 2d Mario better than 3d Mario, but this looks like it's shaping up to be lot's of fun. I wouldn't go so far as to say innovating, but rather very refreshing.

I never really had much complaints with the PS3 controller but improvements are improvements! Like you said, the games now aren't going to be as technically intensive as they are going to be 5 or 6 years from now. Later on down the line we'll begin to see many more games that utilize the power of the PS4 well.
I'm on the opposite side of the fence, sort of. I think that hd remasters and remakes are good for the industry, by making these older titles more accesible. Granted, not every game needs to be upgraded, but they do work for the benefit of the consumer, giving them a cheaper way to buy a collection of games instead of hunting down all of the individual games, and the older console to play them on. Also, they show that the developers care enough about older titles as to introduce them to newer gamers who might not have gotten it the first time around. Double dipping, though, is kinda pointless unless there is a real major overhaul like for example Wind Waker, which looks so much nicer than the original.
This is gonna be awesome! Kh2 and BBS are my favorite games in the series so I'm totally getting this day one.

The Kimya Dawson song was... Interesting to say the least. The lyrics don't make any sense when compared to the music, which makes it awesome. That's another artist I'll look at more of.
I judge metal by two factors: how head-bangy it is, and how much it makes me laugh and I have a horrible twisted sense of humor. This one made me do both in generous amounts. Thanks you good sir, for having an excellent taste in music.
