I really liked Super Lucky's Tale. It's not perfect, but it made me smile, and games don't do that for me as much anymore for some reason.

I played Tales of Vesperia when it originally came out on the 360. It was fun, but like most modern RPGs, I got tired of it because it was just way too long and drawn out. My favorite characters in it were Repede the blue dog and Judith. You can probably guess why I liked them. My favorite Tales game is Tales of Legendia, but you'd have to drag out the ol' PS2 for that one.
I reviewed Jotun a long time ago, too! I don't remember much about it now, but I'm sure it was way too hard.

I think I tried to request a review code for Hotshot Racing, but wasn't able to get it. That happens sometimes.
Right now I'm working on reviewing a game called Wallachia: Reign of Dracula. It plays like a classic Castlevania title, except instead of playing as a slow, lumbering whip lashing meathead, you play as a tough as nails female archer. And while Simon Belmont from Casltevania always controlled like he ate a big breakfast, the heroine here feels like she took her vitamins and ate a can of spinach for breakfast!
Unfortunately the game is way too hard. I can't even get past the first stage on the Easy setting. Usually what gets me is something off screen that zooms in to attack and I don't have time to react to it. It's a lot of memorization, which was in a lot of classic styled games, but I just don't have as much patience for that kind of thing anymore.
