Wait, we get Deadpool 2 before you guys? Comes out tomorrow for us. Taking my partner to see it for her birthday.

Yeah I've never beat bg&e for the exact same reason... ''twas the era for terrible stealth though.
Should replay dead pool sometime.
I want It. How much do they cost?
Guacamelee is pretty fun. I enjoyed the art style and music especially but found combat a bit repetitive. Still a fun little game. Have you tried Severed? Same decs but more inspired by old dungeon crawlers and Zelda. Also quite a bit darker.
im quite interested in God of War, but find the idea of redeeming kratos a tad silly. It just seems like the wrong series to try an emotional narrative with. Ive Also heard combat isn't that great, which isn't great for a GoW game! But I do still want to give it a try.
I've been tempted to pick this up, but I'm too broke to afford $100 on a game ATM. Never really got around to the first one either though. Do I need to play it first?
Hitman is really good, but I'd watch a let's play first to see if it's for you, as it's a game not everyone will love.
Persona 5 is the JRPG that people who don't like JRPGs like. It's really quite good, and the turnbased combat is actually really fast paced and rarely gets as monotonous as other JRPGs.
Prey is more Bioshock than Dishonored 2. In fact, it almost feels like a new System Shock game than anything. If you like the "Shock" series, you should like Prey. It's not a stealth game. Stealth is an option, but it always feels more like a way to either delay combat until you're stronger, or a way to get the most adantageous start to combat.
I love A Hat in Time, and if you like Mario Sunshine, you should love this.
A few of us at pixlbit have mixed feelings about Metroid: Return of Samus. It's good, but I never finished it or felt the urge to finish it despite finishing every other Metroid game.
Knack 2's demo wasn't great. Felt more like family friendly God of War than a platformer.
Yeah, this is a great way to shake things up, but I do hope they bring some more "Zelda" elements back for next time. I would love items and more traditional dungeons on top of what we got.
While Zelda can be quite difficult, I don't know that it needs the difficulty of Souls bosses. It could definitely learn from them mechanically, especially from Demon's and Dark Souls. Bosses that throw all the rules of what a traditional boss fight should be could be fun in a Zelda game.
I'd also really like to see them double down on the systems sandbox approach. Add new weird ways mechanics could intertwine and go together. Some actually challenging puzzles would be nice too.
Man, I would play the hell out of a "Souls" type game with the puzzle style dungeons of Zelda. That would totally be my jam.
Have you played A Hat in Time yet? I totally think it would be your jam. How is FFXII's remaster btw? And D:OS2 is really quite good, so let me know what you think.
I love psychonauts. I don't think this is anywhere near the quality of writing on display there, but I do think it is mechanically superior and like the variety on display there. I like Absurdist and nonsensical humour, which is why I think I like this game so much though. I do see why it would be grating if it's not your jam though.
What made you dislike it so much?
