I lost my patience with Nintendo a long time ago. Long gone are the days when a Nintendo console is any gamers primary console, even their offers of portable gaming fall shorter than their full potential. I had and Loved my SNES console, infact this console made me not upgrade until the N64 which was in my opinion also awesome, but malnourished with games no matter how great some of them were. I wanted lush graphics and FPS and was so lured in to buy my first PS2 which led to 360 and I'm glad I did. The Wii had so much potential but was a laughing stock by how much 'family' gaming had intruded the market. Having owned one I did enjoy a few titles but there was a serious lack there and always has been.

I cannot believe that in regards to stella titles Nintendo has so few offerings and almost complete disregard with third party developers ensures that beyond Mario, Zelda and a few others nothing is really happening in 'Nintendo-land' . Even in their biggest success they fall seriously short of what could be. Such a huge catalog of games from SNES and N64 and still nothing, not that some of the titles are awesome and all but I'm literally wanting to give them my money on these classics and they won't take it. Pure insanity!

The real shame here is that after her opening paragraph I found it impossible to take anything she said seriously. It was in my opinion a rather childish and sensationalist way to start her argument. If she had explored sexuality in games I would think it would have been a better choice to start with a game that had more of this context. It's fine to mention that she found something uncomfortable but to focus on that 10 secs of footage shows that perhaps she was the wrong choice in writing the article. Personally I don't see the point of pissing and moaning over this as there are far worse culprits out there and the comparison with Rapelay is like calling someone you disagree with Hitler. It's so extreme it just makes you look like a child.

You sir for president, I'll vote for you! that makes insane sense and is very true. It's not that I ve never enjoyed games on my I phone (dead space for example was awesome) it's just that I want actaul buttons and a d pad for percision. As cool as dead space was I continually thought 'this would be so much better with a d pad and buttons'. I also love my beat em ups and the Vita is a bastion for them, I already have street fighter alpha max 3 (the best SF title in my opinion) Blaz blue, injustice, MvC3, Playstation all stars, guilty gear judgement and the PS one original, SNK classics such as samurai showdown and King of Fighters and Soul Calibur...........

Vita's are awesome because they are truly for hardcore gamers and ironically I think that the I pad etc are a good thing because of that. It's just a shame that less interest equals less titles but hey you can't have everything!

It's already looking interesting and if 40 is the total number I can't wait to see what else you highlight...... shame door kickers isn't as you described in the first paragraph, I would love to take revenge on those 'wooden bastards' because they have caused me so much grief in my gaming life....need a key?
