Love the visual style. Normally I'm not huge into card battle games but being able to have conversations with interesting people in an idyllic suburban Japanese town appeals to me due to my love of Persona 4.

I'm really interested in the Steam Box. As for Metroid Prime Echoes, Samus's armor looks great. (Not that you see it at anytime accept cutscenes) However, like you I prefer her traditional colors for nostalgia sake even if the dimmer colors make more sense from a realism standpoint.
Fable II had some issues when it first released. I remember falling through the world a lot. Good times!
Oh god, that Genesis cover......lulz!
I will. lol. Thanks brotha! If you enjoyed it I'm pretty sure I will too. We have similar demented senses of humor.
The general atmosphere is somewhat Castlevania like. The game play and story telling? Not so much. Though CV has creepy locales and scary ass boss monsters the actual character driven stories tend to be cheesy melodramatic camp. (At least as far as Portrait of ruin, Dawn of sorrow,Symphony Of The Night,Rondo Of Blood, and Order of Ecclesia are concerned) By contrast Dark souls subtely implies things but leaves it up to you to decipher its' cryptic clues.
People might also be referring to the challenge factor. Aka, the original Castlevania games were hard as hell. I actually beat the original CV of the nes but I had the game a couple of years before I accomplished it. Worst offenders? Ledges, pitfalls, bats, and flying medusa heads!
I love horror comedy. lol. I should watch this one. lol. John Dies At The End and A Little Bit Zombie are good too. lol.
To me the change point sounded kind of synthy. I did hear the guitar & violin but something sounded kind of electronic. It's difficult for me to explain it,really. Don't know why. Maybe I'm tone deaf today. lol. I like the moody and subdued beginning especially though! Good work. I have no musical talent to flex whatsoever.
Your version even sounds somewhat sadder and more melancholy than the original. (In the beginning) Then it goes metal synth, which is most excellent!
When I played through this it was one of my "rpgs of the year". I loved this game! Good to see it's getting more recognition finally.
