That picture reminds me of another "dead mall" I used to go to. Look at this sad (hot linked and now maybe not visible pic) of the food court at the now demolished North Hills mall in North Richland Hills. Pretty sure that the center store used to be Egghead and then an Electronics Boutique... Sad...
Yes, I'm sort of having a conversation with myself here.
Ha! Sorry to confuse you. I really don't care about Arlington or Jerry Jones. I'm sure that stadium has brought tons o' cash to the city and probably paid off big time.
Just to confuse you further, here's another great Arlington landmark:
Major Super Points if you know who and what specifically my avatar is from...
My main beef is with the single player. I still had a lot of fun on Wii with multiplayer, online and off. I still had the same issues with single player in MK7 that I did on Wii, but I probably just don't have the patience to get good at it any more.
I like to bust Arlington's chops. Also, if you are a billionaire and want something built, the citizens will pay for it. It's cool.
I'm glad you went with shoulda lean and not the arm crossed look like the left side of the back row. Good choice, Junior High Joe!
All of that "North Texas," Dallas Cowboys play in Arlington, etc. stuff is lame. Someone gets it in their head that Arlington isn't cool (which it isn't) and avoids putting the name on anything. It just adds confusion.
What a great blog!
I'm not a big Mario Party player, in fact outside of a GameCube demo I played with my son a bunch, I've only really played 9, the one that is apparently an outsider. Your plan for one per system sounds like a good one, although I think Mario Kart hasn't done the best job of making that game truly appeal to "everyone."
I have also been unable to find myself. The search is that bad or we're both that dumb. More research rekwired.
