I will let you know. I haven't played any 3D games yet. I been pretty busy. I look forward to checking out how these games are soon with 3D.

I dont see removing the dvd playback for a cheaper console guarantees much. Physical media still is a major force and it leaving would just give an advantage to Sony. Movies themselves can be over 4 gigs to download HD episodes of The Walking Dead before in the Philippines, it took me over 20 hours for ONE episode. We don't have the best internet and has some really terrible areas and many other countries are not outfitted with great internet. Going all streaming would just shrink the market by cutting out consumers that want to feel ownership of what they buy and more importantly a stable infrastructure.
I liked Heavy Rain. I have stalled playing through God of War: Ascension. I don't mind it being more of the same and such but I am stuck at a puzzle. I don't much like finding answers online.
It does seem to be taking 3D tv a long time to become mainstream and that is expected. I am sure the 3D Sports channels probably still exist. I heard great things about the batman game. I haven't played any games yet in 3D. I tried but I need the faster HDMI cable. I have though seen some shows streamed through the tv in 3D. It is pretty impressive!
duty is a 24 hour thing. it sucks. I hope you get a hdtv soon!
I don't think Sony had much of a choice unless they wanted their console to be very expensive. It isn't cost effective. I think cloud computing will take over and at least digital games will likely give us a chance to own them. Although cloud computing in my opinion sucks worse than digital ownership.
Sony seems to be take a page more from Steam's strategy. That is pretty incredible and could lead to more diverse games and prices. The negatives of the Xbox One keep stacking up. What I read about what Sony is doing with the PS4 in the indie scene in the Game Informer was really impressive!
What Microsoft showed was nothing new or that all impressive. They are refining what their intention was all along. My expectation of what they planned was what I saw when it came to merging entertainment media together looked easier but its also a sham to think you need a cable box to have that all-in-one experience. If it was a stand alone that actually worked as ONE device than in that regard, I would have been more impressed.
I have played them both for a long time and preferred the 360 for a long time. That focus shifting in the last couple of years is good momentum into the next generation getting the PS4.
All the negatives makes the PS4 way more attractive. I wonder if people are going to realize the pitfalls it brings before buying one. Its not likely its going to be plastered on the front of the box. What Microsoft is doing though is going to obviously help Sony out. I can't imagine nobody defecting who was a loyal 360 gamer
