Glad you liked it!
I haven't played the original Mario Land (at least, I don't think so; perhaps a very long time ago...?), though I've played its more traditional sequel. But I really like what SML did. The series can always use fresh ideas. Egyptians and aliens? Sounds great!
I played Dragon's Crown earlier this year on the PS3 but it will be great to have it available on the Vita
Right now I'm just sticking with whatever the library has because it's free I'll keep an eye out for No Man's Land. Hard to remember what they have because it's a little different every time I go. I'm actually trying to branch out from Batman a little, so I'm reading Watchmen at the moment. So far so good!
Congrats on making it to 50! I've been listening for a little while now and really enjoying the show. I haven't heard most of your top picks, so I might try to rectify that. Keep up the good work! On a side note, it was listening to you and Patrick talk about comics which compelled me to hit up my local library and start reading comics again, so that's something lol
Like I said, I can't seem to put it down
You'd probably find the graphic novel a little tamer then. That stuff is still there but it's not real people in this case, so...you know. More sylized and whatnot. I can see how it'd be real easy to get an R rating with this though.
I saw the League of Extraordinary Gentlemen movie and it was a resounding "meh." But I'd love to write the graphic novel. Think I might try V for Vendetta as well.
Yeah, I was like...hmm, Mothman...lol. He hasn't made an appearance in the "present day" yet. They've mentioned several times that he's in a mental institution in northern Maine...which I assume must be a euphemism for Cananda
I've heard the movie is love it or hate it but everyone on here seems to like it so far. Gives me hope lol
