Wow, it sounds like Goodwill and yardsales have some pretty good games, right? I'll have to do the same thing. I love shopping for retro games. I recently picked up copies of Bionic Commando (NES) and Darius Twin (SNES).

No question about it, I've had a 3DS XL now for just over 2 weeks, and I love it! There's plenty of great games, including Luigi's Mansion 2, M&L: Dream Team, Pokemon coming out soon, Animal Crossing: New Leaf, not to mention a plethora of great downloadable titles and virtual console games (game boy, game gear, GBC, and NES games). There's no reason NOT to get this handheld!
Graphics hold up quite well. It was a good game, not too hard til the end. I'm tackling Second Attack this week, and I know it's a hard game, so we'll see how that goes.
Yes, Bomberman Hero is an action-oriented game where Bomberman can jump. I've never played that game actually, but I would love to. Thanks for reading, Joe. Bomberman 64 is not too hard of a game until the Rainbow Palace, then you'll want to jump off a cliff.
This is probably my favorite McVaffe remix. I love the blend of everything. McVaffe is one of the best, love his songs.
That's right, not a digital one or a keyboard, a real one being recorded with a mic. It was kinda tricky, but I think it turned out well.
Thanks, Matt. Nothing fancy, just garageband on my Mac. For the piano one, I played a real piano and recorded it (that's not a keyboard). I don't have high-end instrumentation, but I try and use what I do have.
Kaufman also did the awesome Double Dragon Neon soundtrack, which makes sense since WayForward made that game. He's veeeeeery good.
Wow, great episode, and thanks for the plug, Julian! Hopefully you'll be able to incorporate the community into DMT more in the future.
Unless it is a game I must have day one (like Super Smash Bros. Brawl, which I actually reserved at Game Stop), I will buy the game used. What's the difference? You still get to play the game, and saving a few bucks is worth it.
