Fair enough. I get social anxiety too. I've skipped Kendo classes for the exact same reason you skipped your walk. When I do go (at least once a week) I try to have as much fun as I can, and it helps that the people from this club are decent humans.

Ozil just doesn't seem inspired. He was a different beast at Real Madrid, and also had to work harder for his position. I wouldn't mind, or be surprised to see him go play for another club.
I feel sorry for Arsenal after today's match, but only because Ozil is on that team.
Plan your walks to be done with another person or two. That way at least you have the obligation to meet up for the walk. Won't always work, but it might help.

This seems like a question for Reddit. I'm pretty sure I've come across a group of people there with the focus to get fit with a specific regime, and they even had their own subreddit... I can't find it at the moment. The best thing I can search is https://www.reddit.com/r/Fitness/.
I've been doing that for a while. I still check the achievements I got, but only if I really enjoyed a game and that I know I will keep on enjoying it. Otherwise I just move on.
