100 hour long games might've appealed to me back in high school, but it's a definite 'no' for me now.

Gameplay-wise, I like some of the things they implemented in Birth By Sleep and the 3DS one. But as far as worlds go, KH2 and KH3 are great. I tried the mobile game for a little bit. It wasn't that hot.
I don't even have a Twitter account. I probably should, but I just don't have the time or much interest to mess with it.
A lot of times in Zelda games, especially the 3-D Zeldas, boss fights weren't that hard once you know the trick. They're more like puzzles than anything. But it's also why I usually looked forward to boss battles in Zelda games. They were fun to beat.
I reviewed the NInjago movie game when the movie came out. The cool thing is that they also sent me movie tickets to see it. It's like they knew I wasn't planning on seeing the movie, so they were like, 'well now you have to.'

I'd play more of them, too, if they weren't almost all 100 long bloat-fests.
Yeah I wish it had an easy mode for fossils like me who are getting old man reflexes.
I like KIngdom Hearts games as well, but I don't really pay attention to the story, as it's very confusing. I just like tromping around Disney worlds. I wrote a blog about KH3 a few months ago, but you may not want to read it because there may be spoilers for you if you want the worlds to be a surprise.
The only thing that interests me about Disney+ is all the Disney Afternoon shows like Darkwing Duck and TaleSpin. But I have most of them all on DVD so I think I'm good.
For some reasons, your description of the train game reminded me of Densha de Go! It's a long running train simulator game series by Taito. I tried to play it once in the arcade but couldn't figure it out.
Wacky Races is one of my favorite Hanna Barbera cartoon shows. I've loved it ever since I was a little kid.
