1979 just makes me think of Smashing Pumpkins, even though that was 90s nostalgia for the 70s, not something actually from the 70s.

Yeah, I definitely think it's better for helping someone without mental illness understand psychosis than it is showing someone with severe mental illness a good time
I don't mind it if there's fast travel, but my issue is when the game basically forces you to grind in side missions to continue the story. I would much rather go through the story and worry about extras later.
I really want to play A Hat in Time, especially after Yooka Laylee left such a bad taste.
I loved Venelope von Schweetz so much ...
Hellblade is thankfully a lot more involved than Telltale. It's narrative-driven, but it still gets everything across while you're actually playing it.
I'm playing through 0 now, and to me they sound like the same game aside from story. I would just get whichever is cheaper of 0 (prequel to the series) or Kiwami (remake of the first entry). I don't know how I completely missed these when they're on #6 in the main series next year!
Yeah, I don't think Hellblade logs hours. I think I played it a bit more than the supposed 7 hour average, but sometimes I'm amazed how FEW hours I'll pump into a game that felt longer to me, so who knows?
2018 will be my transition year, in all likelihood. I'm wondering whether I'll finish Yakuza 0 or Horizon before it ends. I'd love a Switch, but I never actually play portable systems on the go. The convenience of having a screen right in front of me as I lie down sounds convenient though.
Happy New Year!
In fact, going through it again, there seem to be some audio hints I missed the first time that would have helped me solve some of these puzzles.
