Not going to fly. you said it yourself people can hardly run games and content at 1080p consistantly. Perhaps it'll catch on with PC users that want a quad screen set up a la the Matrix.
But for regular use, highly doubtful but science marches on!
if that's the case, could the possible cameos of some of the original characters change thee mind?
I get the feeling that we can't have all "flash" in every episode, the character development might fall to the wayside. action is cool but I don't think they can run RWBY like an episode of Red vs Blue.
It does hold promise in what we could see for fighting scenes in the future though. And indeed Ruby is adorable. She does love her cookies.
It did give us even flash and substance for the first episode. It just makes me wonder if they can keep it up. Episode 2 doesn't hold out much hope, if your one not interested in anime. I did enjoy the incidental characters as well but I wonder how long they will keep it up, espeicallly after what will be said about episode 2 next week.
I quite understand. Most people had a mixed feeling about the first episode along with having a hard time in trying to explain it as well. I have to say I enjoyed it though despite some of it's shortcomings. Indeed it's not something to quite right off just yet. Now episode 2 though....
Indeed, it's one of the reasons why I was hesitant in DLing Assassin's Creed II since this was the game that first came with Uplay. So far the game has no online pass but has Uplay points installed. It is cool that MS is offering up these games, but so far they hold little incentive for those who already own these games. I'll probably get the physical copies eventually, but for now I'll atleast try them out to see if I like them. So far I only own two out of the six games offered.
Me to yet I've never been able to find a game that truly captures the fun of flying a veritech fighter. I saw those Metal Gear models but never thought I'd get around to them. I wish I had some type of cabinets for my mechs, if only to get them out of the boxes they are in. I have to say though that the Robotech mechs are cool, they can even be attached to the their japanese counterparts: same parts ;)
Glad you liked. It was cool seeing Belladonna and Adam facing off against robotic sentries. Will have to see if that continues in future episodes.
That's one of the reasons why I haven't gone all out in DLing content onto my Wii. Though there is that SD card option I'm not sure if the flash memory will last long enough where my system won't be able to store anything. Still considering what to buy on there now and what to hold off on in a future Wii U purchase.
It's why I kept my elite model. I still see myself DLing titles onto my Xbox 360 in the future where I'll probably go thru a 500GB HDD. this way I'm able to swap out my HDD for specific purposes. I tried to hold off too in buying a new HDD (they are pricy for the original units) but eventually I'll need the space. I don't see them going down in price just yet.
Though you could go the generic route and get a 320GB for almost 75% cheaper, you'd have to say goodbye to being able to play Xbox Originals. Plus you never now if they'll last.
