Never actually played Marathon. People keep telling me to, despite me telling them I've never liked a Bungie game.
Glad you enjoyed it. You're right, it is damn intense, though I much prefer the shotgun :)
You really do, given that you like metalcore. They're progressive metalcore. Some people call them Djent, but I don't see that. They're a bit like Mr Bungle in that they fuse genres, they aren't just about odd time signatures, they're also about odd sounds full stop. This is their idea of a pop song.
Damn straight! I finished Doom 1 in a day and am now on Doom 2. Holy fuck Doom 2 is like 1700000000000000000000000000000 times harder than Doom...
Thanks man! Forgot to put another song up that you might like:
Bahaha yours was pretty bad. Mine was just a bunch of minor things that added up.
Firstly: When I create characters in Bethesda games THEY'RE FUCKING HIDEOUS! Then again, that's because it's a Bethesda game.
Secondly: I have no problem with fan service. I watch copious amounts of anime.
Thirdly: There are plenty of games aimed specifically at women, just not in the triple a space. Some of the best written female characters I've ever seen have been in visual novels and Hidden Object games. Seriously, those hidden object games have surprisingly great writing these days.
The problem is that that doesn't exist in the triple a state. Where are the twilights or 50 Shades of grey? The problem isn't boobs. It's the lack of games made for those with boobs.
Yeah... you see the thing is that 2010 was the year I finally caught up to this generation. I wasn't allowed a 360 until I paid for it myself, so that was a spectacular moment for me. Then I saved up and bought a PS3... And it was one of those things where I was still at home and most of my friends had gone to college, so I had fuck all to do. So I gamed. A lot. Especially when I lost my job, which was around November, so I felt I needed those games. When I got to college though, things settled down... a bit anyways.
And told you! THat first bit is still a bit meh though...
