I got both through various Humble Indie Bundles. Looking forward to playing through both of them eventually.

I haven't played IX yet...I don't even own a copy of it lol...but I will someday!
Yeah, it's just too bad that the special Wii U doesn't come with a physical copy of the game.
Hmm, well, I suppose there are a few times where this would fit (I've only seen the new series, remember). It would have to be a pretty dire situation.
I have about half a dozen of his books that I've picked up at places like Goodwill and library sales but I haven't read any of them yet because they're so dang long. I wish now that I had. I have seen the movie version of The Hunt for Red October, which is a great movie, and I've played a couple of the games. He's definitely an important figure in gaming though. I think the popularity of military shooters today can ultimately be traced back to him and his novels.
I've never played any of them either but I'd like to. Well, not the remake lol
We haven't bought Christmas stuff yet but we're in the process of figuring out what to get all our family members. So much more complicated when married!
I try to keep demons in my party that still have abilities left to learn but I haven't spent a ton of time fusing them. It's always painful fusing two that have all their ability slots full. You gotta lose half of them...
I enjoyed playing through Galaga Legions DX but it's meant to be a high score chaser kind of game and I can't really get into that much anymore. Too many other games to play! But it was fun while it lasted.
I have Retribution as well as Resistance 1 and 2 but I haven't played them yet. Sounds pretty good, especially for a portable entry in an FPS series that originated on consoles. For some reason this reminds me that I want to get the PSP Killzone game, even though I don't even own any of the others in that series lol.
