Shovel Knight looks awesome! I love how the music transitions from big orchestra to chip tuned. Even the font looks like it came from the SNES. I'll definitely keep an eye for this one

I heard that the sequel was such an improvement that I wrote off the first game, but it sounds like I may have been too hasty in my judgment. You make it sound like quite the experience and for $5 it sounds like a risk worth taking.
I've never seen any of these but I'm most intrigued by Pumpkinhead. I like how you never get a very good look at him during the trailer. Keeps him scarier!
Exactly. What or who was the major influence of CoD4: Modern Warfare? Perhaps Infinity Ward would deny it, I don't know, but we know. We know.
*looks about nervously* Yes, good, glad you like it so much. And nice, um, sinister laugh there...
That's part of the reason I'm interested in the PSP game. Let's be honest, the mainline Killzones are *just* more FPS games. I hear they're good but I don't speak from experience, of course.
I didn't know it had an online pass but I probably won't touch the multiplayer anyway. Hard to argue when it costs less than $4 lol
I vote for the Zelda remake blog! Seems more timely right now since Wind Waker HD just came out.
Man, what a great game. I haven't played it in ages but I have Kirby's Dream Collection, so there's no reason I couldn't. And please bear with me but I wanted to make a couple corrections to your otherwise good review. Kirby's Adventure on the NES was the game that introduced the copy ability. And King Dedede was the final boss in the orginal Dream Land, so I wouldn't call this his debut. Dream Land 2 is definitely a classic. I hope they eventually make Dream Land 4.
I got both through various Humble Indie Bundles. Looking forward to playing through both of them eventually.
