The Dreamcast was such a cool console. I almost went with the Dreamcast over the Playstation in college because the DC offered a 6 game disc and I think it was around $110 or something like that at Best Buy. I eventually got one years later. I need to start playing Sega Bass Fishing especially since I bought the controller a year ago and playing Ultimate Angler on the 3DS is so much fun.
That's interesting that you are going to try and avoid the computer for a week. I tried it for a day because the FiOS was down but I ended up using my phone to keep tabs on what was happening on Twitter.
As long as EA doesn't try and bring back the passing cone, I'll be ok with Madden's passing game.
Congrats on the PS4. You should do a review of new Madden. I've made a vow of not buying it for a bit and I got a 2nd (maybe its like 3rd or 4th by now) wind of NCAA Football. I like the new cross media bar but it took a bit of getting used to because I was so used to knowing where everything is with the PS3 XMB. The one thing I wish Sony would bring back is being able to have my own personalized wallpaper.

I should check out my PSP's. I love that handheld, its a shame the nub was such a piece of crap. I too wonder if the Vita battery will do that or if Sony fixed that problem.
The on screen controls are not bad. I use the default controls but there are a lot of control setups including using a controller. Its a lot of fun and for 3 bucks, its a steal.
Oh the PC life seemed like it was started in the late 90s when everyone seemed to get their feelings hurt over every little thing, and has been running wild since. Do I like Tyler? Hell no, I think he's annoying but he shouldn't be banned for lyrics. People need to use common sense instead of turning every little thing that they don't like into an issue.
Congrats on the new little one! That is one full house but it sounds like a blast with a pop who plays games. Street Fighter is a deal at $10. That was one of the first games I played on a 3DS and actually tried with the 3D on. I like that UFC game, and I think I actually bought the Bruce Lee DLC for it. No worries about not being good at, I really suck.
