Garfield and Friends is such a great show. It was still on tv when I was a kid, though it might have been in reruns, I don't know. We watched it all the time.

Advance Wars is my older brother's favorite series. He's beaten all the games on their hardest settings. He's really good! Needless to say, I never play against him in strategy games anymore lol
SMT IV is a great place to start with the 3DS but they're a ton a great games on there now. Definitely a recommended buy.
Mighty Quest for Epic Loot sounds like a really awesome idea...and saves the developers the trouble of designing levels lol. I've been playing Shin Megami Tensei IV on my 3DS lately. Really great RPG.
I played the first KH through to completion a couple years ago and liked it well enough but never played the second one because I wasn't willing to spend the money to get it lol. It's got great music, of course. Yoko Shimomura never disappoints 
I haven't played any of these gems lol but I played the first Advence Wars, so I know Dual Strike is good. I have Burnout: Revenge, Dark Alliance, and the Anniversary edition of Halo, but I haven't played any of them yet. And if I ever do get an original Xbox, Crimson Skies will be on my shortlist of games to get.

I find that I just don't play DLC, not sure why. Like others have said, I think it's fine if it's not needed to complete the experience of the original game. I'm a big fan, though, of GotY versions of games that include all the DLC. On the flip side of that, it really pissed me off when EA and BioWare released the Mass Effect trilogy with no extra content at all. Seriously, I'd gladly buy those again if they came with the DLC.
I've gotten some good deals from Best Buy before, but advertising a sale price on a game you're not stocking is just stupid.
