When I was a little kid, I never set foot inside a Toys R Us because the closest one was too far away.  But I saw commercials for them all the time and thought it looked like a cool store.  Sometimes they'd advertise costumed characters like Barbie would appear at a certain store.  One time they said Donkey Kong would be there, and at first I wanted to go so bad until I figured it was probably some guy in a generic gorilla suit and I decided it wasn't worth the trip after all.  When I was in middle school and high school and started to go to malls more, I would go to Toys R Us to get NES and SNES games sometimes.  Before they closed down, there were tons of Toys R Us stores around now.

Dexter's Laboratory was a brilliant cartoon.  Maybe the reason why you like Hotel Transylvania is because the same guy who created Dexter's Lab also helped on the Hotel Transylvania movies.  I'll probably just Netflix the movie, though.

When I was in high school, I found the first Ace Ventura movie hilarious.  But the sequel came out when I was in college and by then I found it dumb.  Strange how a few years can change one's taste in humor.

I don't like Star Trek but I had to put up with it in college because my roommate loved it.  The only thing good I can say about Voyager is that they actually did stuff sometimes and their spaceship was kind of neat.  And one of the guy's names was just a bunch of number, like 678 or something like that.  And that's all I remember.  Did you know I named a cat I had as a kid after a Star Trek character?  I named my cat Chekov.

I think the only game you play as Cranky Kong is Tropical Freeze, and that's only on the Wii U and Switch.

The character creation modes in Soul Calibur 4 and 5 were so much fun.  That's why I was able to forgive SC5 for having a lack of single player modes because the character creation was so much better.  At E3 I asked if Soul Calibur 6 would have a character creation mode and they said they couldn't talk about that yet!  ARGH!  It better have one.  I don't see why it wouldn't, since the last four games did.

I love the Soul Calibur games because you don't have to be good at them to enjoy them.  Heck, the last two games I think I spent more time creating characters!

It's a great game.  I loved it on the PS4.  I sitll like Ys Seven a little better, though.

Only problem I had with Ys 8 is I felt it got a bit overbloated.  Plus, you'll want to make sure to do all the sidequests you can to get the best ending.

My brother described Ys 8 best when he said it was "Jurassic Park: The JRPG."

I'm working on reviewing LEGO The Incredibles right now and it has a lot in common with LEGO City Undercover.

My Arcade COULD do a Donkey Kong cabinet, but it would probably just have the NES version on it like the others do.
