I was employed very briefly as a Kirby vacuum cleaner salesperson. Like a day, and I made no sales. I did have a nice clean floor when I was done, though . My briefest employment stint was McDonald's. I lasted 90 minutes, long enough to be oriented by an assistant manager who was unable to read and pronounce any word longer than five letters and had no clue what half of what he was attempting to read to me meant.

You'll find something good, and it shows excellent sense in not working at something that is going to make you crazy.

I really like the concept of AC, I just don't like how it more or less forces you to play every day. I hate coming back to find my town empty. my house full of roaches, all my flowers dead, and weeds growing in their place just because I took a break from the game. That, and Tom Nook reminded me too much of my former real-life landlord who kept jacking up the rent on a tiny apartment with only four rooms - 1 bedroom, a living room, a kitchen that wasn't quite six feet wide, and a bathroom where I could sit on the toilet, stick my feet in the shower and brush my teeth in the sink all at the same time. I have a smaller living space now, but it's a cottage, I'm also paying half what he was charging us, with heat and electric thrown in, and my current landlady is much nicer.

Ugh, I know all about moving! Good luck with it, and I'll make a blood sacrifice to the moving gods for you so that nothing gets broken or lost.

He's been pretty quiet on Facebook, too. Might have to go hunt him down again...

It's funny, when I buy music at Bull Moose, it's frequently either folk, punk, or both at once. The employees there don't even bat an eyelash anymore.

No energy for blogging, Peter, sorry! It's amazing what getting a full crew onboard will do, though! This is one of the first "weekends" in a while where I wasn't frantic about something that didn't get done at the park when it was supposed to.
