And this is why I haven't play a Fire Emblem game yet. I'm sure I will, sometime, but for now I'll just keep putting it off...

I have that one too He did a good job remixing the same song in two different styles.
I've been using the 3D more since I got my XL because it seems easier to find that "sweet spot" but yeah, I still spend most of my time in 2D mode. But you make an excellent observation. Now if they'd just give us a traditional 2D Metroid...
Yowzers, that is a long time! I still can't believe this console generation is nearly over o_O
I agree about the automated combat in general. That's one of the main reasons I don't like MMORPGs...they're so boring lol (though, surprisingly, I have enjoyed Guild Wars 2).
That Metroid theme really is great. Does a good job portraying the lonely hostility as well as the grandeur of space. A classic
I'm very fond of that Mario VS Donkey Kong theme. I was so amazed when I played that game how well the two themes went together. On a side note, I wish they'd make another game like that first one. All the ones since then have focused on the minis, which is fine, but I want another puzzle platformer where I control Mario again! Better yet, they should make another like Donkey Kong '94 on the original Game Boy. Man, that game was good.
If Nintendo is going to pull inspiration from its own history, the SNES era is the best choice. Well, unless all the third parties pull out new mascot platformers. That wouldn't be so good
Yeah, it just added to an already strong line up, I think
They should call the new Zelda game A Link to the Future! Oh wait, that's been done lol
I hadn't heard of Cross Edge but it looks interesting, kind of like Project X Zone...which also looks interesting lol. I might pre-order SMT IV for all that stuff that comes with it. Definitely tempting. We'll see. Oh, and when you do buy a 3DS, I'd strongly recommend getting an XL. I had a regular 3DS and then I upgraded to the XL and I like it so much better. My hands don't cramp now and the big screens look so good Mine also came with a pre-installed copy of Mario Kart 7, which is pretty fun too.
These guns are big indeed! Nobody beats Nintendo at handheld games
