I'm about 25% into Rise, but I've been up to my eyeballs in sidequests in the Russian camps and loving it. They definitely focused more on the optional stuff compared to the predecessor. And I actually eally dig the story so far.

I honestly think Nintendo hurts their bottom line being too hard on youtubers/fan games. Teaming up would serve them better than cracking down. I'd pay nintendo if they published amr2 instead of those weird prime spinoffs.

I never played Dead Space 1 or 2, and really don't have much of an opinion on that opening. Id have to play it. Does look like the intensity ramps up quick though.
Tbh the Silent hill 2 vid and song makes it look like an early 00s CW (then WB) show like Charmed ... Not hating, i like the song but the presentation doesn't scream horror to me.

I'm not liking SRIV as much as everyone else yet. I think my sense of humor may just be closer to satire (GTA) than parody. I do like the on-foot boosting and dug blasting aliens to "what is love"
