Yeah I noticed mate, thanks for the feedback it's good to see you back around DA's grounds. I know its difficult to spend time in several places at once though!

your not necessarily wrong, I ve met a tonne of stuffy English men! and If I get drunk I might imagine you as a cow with a laser penis....... classic. Try milking that!
Personally Ben I ve always appreciated and respected your honesty when it comes to your own experiences, however far be it that I am in any position to advise how 'hardcore' you should write, just know quite a few (myself included) will always have your back!
There are lots of things you shouldn't do whilst drunk, but don't worry this English man doesn't believe that includes blogging.
Totally agree with your theory, never really thought about the sexual gratification aspect but It makes perfect sense, It'll be interesting to see what the Japanese create in that context, I ve seen some seriously realistic (which makes it a little disturbing) sex dolls, One guy had a house full of them, must of bben spending some serious cash too because they were a few thousand dollars each!
Always amazes me what the Nazi's knew about first! Unfortunately weapons will only become more and more advanced, I'm always in a paradox about it because the Rail gun is seriously cool, but as these weapons become reality my enthusiasm dwindles.
What I find really ironic about those that slate gaming is that they too will have some equally 'useless' hobby that takes up a significant ammount of their time, I bet he plays golf for example! being human we all need an outlet that helps us forget the real (and quite often boring) real world. Any way Tami I think you'd be a good advocate for gaming, you have an amazing passion for nature and gaming alike, you've already listed some of your pretty exceptional achievements and I have to say contiune to impress me! I'm sure a stick in the mud like that would even have to admit defeat in the evidence for the 'gaming is debate' you present before us!
sniff sniff....... I lost my man cave...... you ve brought back some very fond memories but mine was never as full as awesome stuff as this! truly inspirational sir!
Couldn't agree more V, It's all about context. A similar argument could be made about violence in video games, I seem to remember a school shooting where the perpetrator enjoyed playing DOOM over and over, I imagine that people who enjoy torturing animals would like films such as Hostel, however just because you enjoy these avenues of 'entertainment' doesn't automatically make you a killer
You're offering neither Ben, you just giving your perspective on the world and I thank the big guy in the sky for it!the world would be a pretty boring place if creative people like your self didn't draw what got their juices going, Infact I hate art for arts sake, how many talented people give into pressure about whats 'acceptable' or 'edgy' on the art scene. Your work cannot look its best unless your hearts truly in it!
