If she does decide on the Surface she must get the type cover or whatever the more expensive keyboard is called. I don't think it comes in fancy colours like the less expensive pad but there is no comparison in terms of quality and usability.

The biggest drawback as far as I can see after 3 weeks with the Surface is that the app store is quite a bit smaller but that's not an issue for me since I don't really game on tablets.

Then I guess there's that Retina display but the images on the Surface RT look fine to me and if you spring for the just announced Surface 2 which is the RT with HD graphics then that's not an issue. It will cost you 100 bucks more but it is still less expensive than an iPad.

The built in kickstand, ease of printing and expansion capability are big pluses as far as I'm concerned.

I actually enjoy The Voice for the most part. I'm still confused as to how the coaches can go through all the auditions wearing the same clothes  and how it is that the coach with one space left doesn't manage to fill it until the very last audition but that is the magic of TV I guess. I just find the banter between the coaches to be fun and I love that we aren't forced to listen to pretend auditions from planted people who can't sing.

Never watched X Factor. Never will. It has Simon Cowell on it. 'Nuff said.

Good to hear from you. I picked up the ME trilogy for 360 a few months back. It was only 30 bucks new. I had the first game at launch but didn't really like it so you can see why I had to buy all 3 games. LOL. Maybe I'll give it another shot.

You need the first MediEvil and yes both games are extremely silly. What do you expect from a game developed by Brits? We are by nature silly people. :D

I'm making my way through SMT 4 slowly but surely. I refuse to go into easy mode so if I die or the battle is not going well I restart and try again. I am only at the quest that has you cleaning up the 7 corpses. I backed out of it yesterday after an ambush killed everyone in my party except me and I only had 85 HP left. I managed to escape, restock and run for the exit so I wouldn't lose all the experience.

Just fused Black Frost which is something I have to do in every SMT game that has him.
