Haha, glad to hear it! Yeah, lots of stuff tucked away in the archives. It's tough to do a good job of showing this stuff off, but let's just say I'm currently working on something to amend that...

Technically, there is. If you go to Features, you can filter the articles based on their type and see the whole archive. Similar filtering abilities are available across all of the sections.
Misadventures of Link was a comic series that Matt R drew and captioned. If you click the article series at the top of this blog and then the name of the series on that page, you can see them all!
Yes! Misadventures of Link was great. Need to badger Matt R about bringing that back.
That's about right - and we still haven't gotten one! Seems like they should do a full-fledged 3D Pokemon one day on home consoles, but Nintendo seems intent on not doing it.
Man, this game disappointed me so much as a kid. Thankfully me and my brothers didn't buy it or ask for it for Christmas/birthday, so we didn't get burned. My cousin had it and we played her copy to completion in about the five hours you described. At the time, that was a completely unacceptable clock time for a game so we were highly disappointed.
Flash forward to around 2010 when I replayed it as an adult... and damn do I love this game. It's original, relaxing (as you mentioned) and just plain ol' fun. Would love for Nintendo to revisit the concept on the Wii U and make another.
Can't wait for my kids to get a bit older and get into Pokemon and give this game a whirl. I think they'll really enjoy it for what it is. Unlike them, I didn't have many games growing up, or access to many either. When games were short, we hated them because it meant we had nothing new to play. I've got so many games now, they won't have to have that hanging over their head while they enjoy something like Pokemon Snap.
Not very frequently, largely because I don't buy many games at release. If it's for something I really love, like Zelda, I'll go all out. Wind Waker HD totally got me.
I've also got The Stick of Truth Grand Wizard Edition coming, but only because I got a price match at Best Buy for the same price as a regular copy of the game. I love me some South Park.
Strongly considered the CE of Dark Souls II, but it's just too damn expensive. I love art books, but don't care too much about (most) statues. If they had a mid-tier CE with just the art book, I would've bit on that for like $10 more.
South Park (Grand Wizard Edition) and Dark Souls II shall be mine!
Lost World is probably the only 3D Sonic game I've liked, but honestly I still haven't played Sonic '06, Generations, or Unleashed. The couple that were on the Wii (that weren't Colors) were alright, but nothing to write home about.
The Adventure games haven't aged well, or more accurately, probably weren't that great to begin with, but at the time I did like them. These days, I can't say I'd play them again.
Ha, awesome! I just played a little bit (at work, so couldn't play too much), but it kind of reminds me of a Bit.Trip game - sweet work, man!
