As for my systems:
Wii-U: Xenoblade Chronicles X
PS4: Dark Souls 3
PC: Volgarr The Viking/Guild Wars 2/Dawn of Discovery/N++/whatever else is easy to play while listening to podcasts.
I've played through Ocarina of Time but I don't remember her wearing so little. Maybe it was just lower polygons not making it stand out as much, but it seemed really weird in this game.
Sounds great man. Hope you had a blast! I should maybe go on a cruise one day but I don't know how much I'd actually enjoy it.
Man! When I play Minecraft I mainly just dig enough to build something cool. I've never even been to the Nether, let alone killed the ender dragon or building an enchantment table!
Part of the problem I guess is that I use modpacks, which add some cool functionality and quality of life features - like being able to build automated mining machines or cut down entire trees without having to mine each tree block - but it also adds so much complexity and so much stuff that I just don't know what to do. Maybe I should just go back to vanilla.
That was a pretty great quest, though weirdly enough I didn't think of Dark Souls when I played it. I find that super weird because I think of Souls when I play literally anything else.
Dragon Age does get better. The problem is there's just so much filler. The main story is great, but it arbitrarily locks you out until you complete 10 mmo style sidequests - the bad mmo sidequests that you skip in MMOs. Like collecting fucking flowers.
Funny you mentioned that because minecraft is one of my relaxation gamed.
Hey man, sorry it took so long to reply! I just bought Xenoblade and started playing it based on your recommendation. I definitely see the ludonarrative dissance stuff you were talking about! It's freaking ludicrous!
That sucks about Metro Redux. It's one of my all time favourite fps games. I love the atmosphere and it has some really amazing moments.

On the upside, Minecraft is pretty great. I started playing again recently. What system you playing on?
I love the game but I have my issues. Firstly, I don't feel the tale really lends itself to a traditional video game difficulty curve. I think the ending lost a lot of impact due to the massive difficulty spike that came before it, where rather than appreciating what I consider a truly brilliant ending, I was instead just focusing on how glad I was that the shitty section I just slogged through was over.
That said, this is a game that has constantly stuck with me, and I need to play it again sometime soon.
