You have to transfer the file from the PS3 to the Vita. I was looking g for a way to do it from PC, but was having issues.

Fusion was Metroid 4. I know that there have been plenty of Metroid games since, but they have all been between other games in the series.
Majora's Mask 3D, more than made up for a lack of Metroid in the Direct though.
